HBV感染者精液HBV-DNA载量的相关影响因素研究

The study of influencing factors of HBV-DNA loads in HBV sufferers′ semens

目的分析乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者精液内HBV-DNA载量的影响因素,寻求阻断HBV传播的方法。方法收集189例HBV感染者血液与精液标本,采用荧光定量PCR分别测定HBV-DNA载量,同时计数精液内血细胞数量。结果 HBV感染者精液HBV-DNA载量低于血液HBV-DNA载量;血清HBV-DNA载量不同,精液HBV-DNA阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=74.32,ν=2,P<0.005);当精液内血细胞数量增多时,精液HBV-DNA阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.45,ν=2,P<0.005)。结论血清HBV-DNA载量是影响精液HBV-DNA载量的主要因素,而造成精液血细胞增多的疾病能增加血液HBV-DNA渗漏到精液内。

Objective To assess the influencing factors of HBV-DNA loads in HBV sufferers＇ semens and investigate method blocking transmission of HBV. Methods A total of 189 cord blood and semen samples from HBV sufferers were collected. HBV loads in serum and semen were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR （FQ- PCR）, meanwhile WBC and RBC were countered in HBV sufferers＇ semens. Results HBV-DNA loads were lower in HBV sufferers＇ semens than in sera. A chi-square test showed that the dfference between the positive rate of three groups in which HBV-DNA loads in HBV sufferers＇ sera, difference was statistically significant （X2=74.32, v=2, P 〈 0.005）. Fur- thermore, the positive rate of HBV determined was statistically significant （X2=28.45, v=2, P 〈 0.005） when WBC and RBC were increased in HBV sufferers＇ semens. Conclusion Semen HBV loads is influenced mainly by serum HBV loads. Series deases increasing blood cell number in semen may make HBV-DNA transmit from serum to semen.
