某院急诊抗菌药物处方分析及改进措施

Analysis of antibiotics prescriptions in emergency department of our hospital

目的了解本院急诊抗菌药物使用情况,为抗生素合理使用和管理提供科学依据。方法随机抽查2012年9月急诊处方601张,对抗菌药物处方进行分类统计及分析。结果 2012年9月急诊处方中含抗菌药物处方194张,占处方总数的32%。其中不合理应用抗生素处方64张,占抗菌药物处方总数的33%。抗生素口服处方、静脉给药处方均占抗生素总处方数的42%。单用抗生素处方和二联抗生素处方分别占抗生素处方总数的75%和25%。儿科开具抗生素处方最多,占54%。在不同类抗生素中,头孢类药物使用频率最高,占89%。结论本院抗菌药物存在一定程度不合理应用,应重视抗生素应用知识教育和宣传,加强抗生素合理应用。

Objective To realize the application of antibiotics prescription in emergency department of our hospital for improving the management and proper clinical application. Methods Six hundred and one prescriptions of emergency department of September 2012 were chosen to be analyzed, antibiotics prescriptions were classified and analyzed. Re- sults The rate of antibiotics prescriptions was 32%. In the 194 antibiotics prescriptions, 64 were irrational antibiotic prescriptions, accounting for 33%. Both oral antibiotics prescriptions and antibiotics injection prescriptions accounted for 42% of all the antibiotics prescriptions. Prescriptions included one antibiotics accounted for 75%, two bivalent an- tibiotic prescriptions accounted for 25%. Antibiotic prescriptions were the most frequent used in pediatrics accounted for 54%. In different types of antibiotics, the cephalosporins were the most frequently applied in emergency accounted for 89%. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in emergency has some problems. It＇s impotant to strengthen the education and management of antibiotics usage.
