低场MRI在基层医院椎管内麻醉术前检查中的必要性研究

Study of low field MRI in basic level hospital of intraspinal anesthesia preoperative examination

目的探讨低场MRI在椎管内麻醉术前检查的必要性。方法采用GE0.2TMRI,对椎管内麻醉患者110例术后行MRI检查,观察MRI表现,对比脊髓圆锥和马尾神经损伤情况。结果 110例椎管内麻醉患者中,脊髓圆锥低位53例,脊髓位置正常57例,脊髓圆锥低位患者术中神经损伤发生率较脊髓位置正常明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI检查在椎管内麻醉手术术前检查具有重要意义,有助于降低患者术中神经损伤的发生概率。

Objective To investigate the value of low field MRI in basic hospitals in the pre-operation examination of intravertebral anesthesia. Methods Routine MRI was performed on 110 patients post intravertebral anesthesia using GE 0.2 TMRI to evaluate and compare the injury of medullary cone and cauda equina. Results In the 110 cases with intravertebral anesthesia, 53 cases showed low medullary cone and 57 cases had normal medullary cone. The patients with low medullary cone demonstrated high incidence of medullary cone and cauda equina injury （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Low field MRI in basic hospitals in the pre-operative examination of intravertebral anesthesia is very important for reducing the incidence of medullary cone and cauda equina injury.
