针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁40例临床观察

Clinical observation of 40 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence treated by acupuncture

目的临床观察针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效及安全性。方法将本科收治确诊的40例脑卒中后尿失禁患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,并施以不同的治疗方法,治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用中药治疗。结果治疗组治疗后愈显率为60.0%,对照组愈显率为45.0%,即治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁可有效改善患者尿失禁症状,安全、无副作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety urinary incontinence. Methods Forty patients admitted to of acupuncture in the treatment of patients with post-stroke our department with definite diagnosis as post-stroke urinary incontinence were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. They were treated with different methods. Patients in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture; while in the control group, herbal therapy was provided. Results After treatment, the remarked effectiveness and cure rate in treatment group was 60.0%, which was superior to that of the control group （45.0%）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture in treatment of post-apoplexy urinary incontinence can effectively improve the symptom of patients, and it is safe, without side effects.
