阑尾炎术后应用厚朴排气合剂的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Houpupaiqi mixture applied in post-appendectomy

目的观察在阑尾炎术后应用中药厚朴排气合剂对手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 2010年1月～2012年5月在本院将入选的100例阑尾炎手术患者依照实验编号,于术后6h及10h给予厚朴排气合剂(实验组50例)或安慰剂(对照组50例),经过7d临床观察后,对数据进行统计学分析。结果实验组患者术后平均首次肛门排气、排便时间早,术后平均发热持续时间及恢复术前饮食及排便规律时间短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂能促进阑尾炎手术后胃肠功能恢复,有利于患者康复。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Houpupaiqi mixture applied in post-appendectomy. Methods From january 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital, 100 cases patients with appendicitis surgical operation were selected. They were divided into the experiment group and control group. Patients in the experiment group were given Houpu- paiqi mixture in postoperative 6 h and 10 h, and patients in the control group were given placebo. All of them were observed for 7 days, and the data was statistically anlyzed. Results In the experiment group, the average time of the first anal exhaust and defecation time was earlier than that in the control group, and the average heating duration and recovery preoperative diet and bowel movement rule time was shorter （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Houpupaiqi mixture can promote the gastrointestinal functional recovery after appendicitis operation, h is helpful for patients＇ recovery.
