膝关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术术后不同时期康复护理

Rehabilitation nursing in different period after operation of arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的探讨膝关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术术后不同时期康复护理措施。方法选择本院76例患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组38例患者使用本组护理干预措施,如:一般护理、住院期间康复训练和出院后康复训练等;对照组38例患者行常规护理,如:心理护理、饮食护理、普通健康教育等。比较干预后两组患者出院时VAS评分、Lysholm关节功能总分的变化情况,并统计两组患者对护理的满意度。结果护理干预后观察组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Lysholm关节功能总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据疾病不同时期的护理康复干预能有效地提高患者术后关节功能,减轻术后疼痛,提高护理满意度,增进护患关系。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation nursing in different period after operation of arthroscopic poste- rior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods Seventy cases of patients in our hospital were selected and diveded into observation group and control group, Thirty-eight cases of patients used nursing intervention measures such as general care, inpatient rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training after discharged as observation group; the other 38 cases used routine nursing such as psychological nursing, diet nursing, general health education and so on as control group, then the changes of VAS score, Lysholm score in joint function were compared when the patients discharged, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups was statisticed. Results After nursing intervention, the VAS score of the pa tients in observation group was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）,the Lysholm joint function total score was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, the satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that of con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion According to the different period of disease nursing intervention, it can effectively improve the rehabilitation of patients with postoperative joint function and reduce the postoperative pain, improve the nursing satisfaction, and increase the nurse-patient relationship.
