区级医院正面临着医疗卫生事业改革和激烈的行业竞争,本文从继续医学教育发展存在的问题和对策两个方面阐述了继续医学教育发展已成为区级医院"科技兴院"战略中的重要措施。6年来,本院通过继续医学教育工作,使医院的医疗质量不断提高,增强了医院的核心竞争力。

District level hospitals are facing the reform of medical treatment and fierce competition. The article dis- cusses the problems and solutions of continuing medical education. Continuing medical education has become an im- portant strategy in district level hospitals. For six years, our hospital has improved the quality of medical treatment, and enhanced the competency of hospitals.
