摘要
目的探讨责任包干制护理模式在优质护理示范工程中的作用和地位。方法通过改变排班模式、优化工作流程、护士绩效改革等,比较开展责任包干制护理前后优质护理工作取得的效果。结果实行责任包干制护理以来,护理质量、患者满意度及医生满意度均大大提高。结论责任包干制护理模式的改革是优质护理示范工程取得成功的关键和核心。
Objective To discuss the effect and position of nursing model of responsibility supply system in the supe- rior quality nursing demonstration project. Methods The effects of nursing quality were compared before and after car- rying out the responsibility supply system by changing the scheduling model, optimizing the work flow and reforming the nurses＇ performance. Results Nursing quality, patients＇ satisfaction and physicians＇ satisfaction were significantly improved after carrying out the responsibility supply system. Conclusion Reformation the nursing model of responsi- bility supply system is the key and core to success in the superior quality nursing demonstration project.
