抑郁症的治疗与护理

Treatment and nursing care of depression

目的分析和探讨电针治疗和认知行为治疗配合常规方法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和护理体会。方法选取2010年6月～2011年6月在本院接受治疗的抑郁症患者48例,随机分成两组,其中,对照组24例,观察组24例。对照组患者采取常规的药物治和护理疗方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上配合电针治疗和认知行为治疗,观察两组的疗效,进行对比分析。结果两组患者经过治疗后,对照组显效率为62.5%,实验组显效率为83.3%,两组的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.45,P<0.01)。结论电针治疗和认知行为治疗配合常规治疗方法治疗抑郁症具有良好的疗效,具有临床推广意义,另外,从临床结果可以看出,合理的治疗和护理配合对抑郁症患者具有积极的恢复作用。

Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical effect and nursing experience of electroacupuncture ther- apy and cognitive behavioral therapy combined with conventional treatment in the treatment of depression. Methods Fourty-eight cases of patients with depression, who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 24 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given with conventional drug treatment and nursing, the patients in the observation group added elec- troaeupuneture therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of control group. The effects of two groups were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results After treatment, the effective rate was 62.5% in control group and 83.3% in observation group, the difference between two groups was significant （~=9.45, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It is effective in the treatment of depression that electroacupuncture therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy combined with conventional treatment, so it is worth for clinical popularization. Moreover, clinical result shows that reasonable treatment combined with nursing plays a positive role on recovery of patients with depression.
