摘要 细胞命运决定因子DACH1在肿瘤细胞尤其是激素依赖性肿瘤细胞中的表达与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,但是其确切的作用机制还没有形成统一的认识。DACH1可能主要是通过对TGF-β信号通路及细胞周期蛋白表达的影响来发挥作用,是一种潜在的抑癌基因。 Cell fate determination factor DACH1 is homologous of drosophila dac and found in mammalian. Its expression in tumour cells, especially in hormone dependence tumours plays an important role in the development of tumour. But the exact mechanism has not formed a unified understanding. DACH1 may play a role through TGF-β signaling and cell cycle protein as a potential tumor-suppressor gene.
