高血压合并2型糖尿病对心率变异性的影响

Influence of hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes on heart rate variability

目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者自主神经功能受损状况及心率变异性的临床特点。方法随机选取本院内科住院的50例EH患者为EH组,50例EH合并T2DM患者为EH+DM组,分别行24h动态心电图记录,对比两组心率变异性(HRV)指标。结果 EH+DM组的SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD明显低于EH组(P<0.05);EH组和EH+DM组的PNN50相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能明显受损。

Objective To explore the damaged condition of autonomic nerve function and clinical characteristic of heart rate variability on essential hypertension （EH） combined type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients. Methods Fifty cases of EH patients in our hospital were randomly selected as EH group, and 50 cases of EH combined T2DM pa- tients as EH ＋ DM groups 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram of the two groups was recorded respectively. HRV index was compared. Results SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD of EH ＋ DM group were significantly lower than those of the EH group （P 〈 0.05）. Difference of PNNS0 between two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Autonomic nervous function of EH and T2DM patients is significantly iml3aired.
