腰硬联合麻醉在胆囊切除手术中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of lumbar epidural anesthesia in cholecystectomy

目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉在胆囊切除手术中的临床应用效果。方法选取在本院进行胆囊切除手术的患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用硬膜外麻醉,研究组采用腰硬联合麻醉。比较分析两组患者的麻醉治疗情况和麻醉进度改善情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组麻醉效果达到优的比率和总的优良率均显著升高,而麻醉效果处于差的比率则显著降低,麻醉起效时间和阻滞完善时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉已成为胆囊切除手术患者较为理想的麻醉方案之一,适于进一步的应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of lumbar epidural anesthesia in cholecystectomy. Methods Cholecysteetomy patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with epidural anesthesia. The patients in study group were treated with lumbar epidural anesthesia. The patients＇ situation of narcotic treatment and anesthesia improve progress were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the patients in study group, anesthetic effect of achieve the optimal rate and excellent overall rate were increased significantly, the anesthetic effect of poor rate was decreased significant- ly, the onset time and complete block time were shorter significantly, there were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lumbar epidural anesthesia has become one of the ideal anesthetic regimens in patients with cholecystec- tomy. It＇s suitable for further application and promotion.
