复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的临床观察

Clinical observation on Compound Danshen Dropping Pill in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的观察研究复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法将160例患者随机分为两组,均常规服用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片,治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸10粒,每日3次,两组均以8周为1个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组的心绞痛症状、心电图改善及血液流变学指标明显优于治疗前及对照组,未见明显的不良反应。结论复方丹参滴丸是一种安全、有效的治疗冠心病心绞痛的药物。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the efficacy of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pecloris and its influence on hemorheology. Methods One hundred and sixty eases were randomly divided into two groups, both groups were regularly taken isosorbide mononitrate susyained-release tablets, and the treatment group was added Compound Danshen Dropping Pill with 1,0 particles, three times a day. 8 weeks was a course for two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect and the ECC effect rate and the hemor- rheological parameters in treatment group were inproved than side effects.
