眼科患者检查及治疗过程中的护理干预

Nursing intervention on examination and treatment of patients in the department of ophthalmology

目的探讨眼科患者检查及治疗过程中的护理干预效果。方法选取本院2011年1月～2012年8月诊治的眼科患者112例,随机分为两组,56例患者在检查及治疗过程中采用常规护理为对照组,56例患者在检查及治疗过程中采用护理干预为观察组,比较两组患者的护理疗效及并发症情况。结果观察组一次检查成功率(96.4%)、一次治疗成功率(94.6%)均明显高于对照组(85.7%、82.1%),观察组并发症发生率(1.8%)明显低于对照组(16.1%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预可以提高眼科患者在检查及治疗过程中的成功率,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广使用。

Objectives To investigate the effect of nursing department of ophthalmology. Methods One hundred and intervention on examination and treatment ot patients twelve patients in the department of ophthalmology were se- lected in the hospital from January 2011 to August 2012, who were randomly divided into two groups. In the examina- tion and treatment, 56 cases used routine care as the control group. In the examination and treatment, 56 cases used nursing intervention as the observation group. Nursing therapy effect and complication were compared between two groups. Results Examination success rate （96.4%）, treatment success rate （94.6%） in the observation group were sig- nificantly higher than the control group （85.7%, 82.1%）. Complication rate i＇n the observation group （1.8%） was signifi- candy lower than the control group （16.1%）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effec- tive nursing intervention can improve success rate in the examination and treatment of patients in the department of ophthalmology, which has low complication rate. That is worthy of clinical use.
