摘要
目的对本院不合理处方情况进行调查与分析,解决存在的问题以提高本院处方合理性水平。方法随机抽取本院2010年3月～2012年10月21235张处方,根据《处方管理办法》及相关文献,对不合理处方进行归类并分析原因。结果本院随机抽取的21235张处方中,不合理处方1380张,不合格率为6.50%。结论本院存在一定量不合格处方,仍继续努力改善本院合理处方水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze the irrational prescriptions of our hospital in order to solve existing problems and improve our hospital＇s level of reasonable prescriptions. Methods According to Prescription Management and the relevant literatures, 21 235 prescriptions of our hospital from March 2010 to October 2012 were collected ran- domly, classified, and analyzed for the irrational reasons. Results One thousand three hundred and eighty unreasonable prescriptions were found in the 21 235 random prescriptions, the fraction of unreasonable was 6.50%. Conclusion Problems of unreasonable prescriptions is still exists in our hospital, and we should try our best to improve the medical services of our hospital in future.
