负压引流术治疗深度难治性创面疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 【摘要】目的探讨负压引流术(VSD)在深度难治性创面修复中的应用效果。方法对本院2010年7月-2011年10月收治的19例深度组织缺损患者实施负压引流术治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果19例患者使用VSD次数为l~6次,平均2.2次;治疗时间2~7周,平均3周;患者创面修复情况均完全修复;无患者发生死亡及严重并发症。经过2个月随访,19例患者创面外观及功能均恢复良好。11例(57.89%)患者创面使用VSD后,创面与创腔显著缩小,经换药治疗后愈合良好;5例(26.32%)患者创面使用VSD后,肉芽组织生长良好,进行游离植皮,创面愈合良好;3例(15.79%)患者创面使用VSD后,创腔闭合良好,进行皮瓣移植,创面愈合良好。结论负压引流术可以有效清除局部渗出物与创面的坏死组织,显著改善血液循环,加速创面的愈合,对深度难治性创面治疗效果良好。具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To discuss the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the repairment of ad- vanced refractory wounds. Methods Nineteen patients with deep tissue defects in our hospital from July 2010 to Octo- ber 2011 were received vacuum sealing drainage treatment, the clinical effect were observed. Results The 19 patients used VSD 1-6 times, an average of 2.2 times; the treatment time was 2-7 weeks, an average of 3 weeks. Wound repair in patients were completely repaired, and no death and severe complications occurred. After 2 months of following-up, the wound appearance and function of 19 patients were recovered well. After using VSD, 11(57.89%) cases" wound and wound cavity were significantly reduced, and the wounds healed well after dressing change; the growth of granula- tion tissue in 5 cases (26.32%) was good, and the wounds healed well after free skin grafting; the cavity closed well in 3 cases 05.79%), and the wounds healed well after skin flap grafting. Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage can effec- tively eliminate the local wound exudate and necrotic tissue, improve blood circulation, accelerate wound healing and the treatment of advanced refractory wounds is good, it has important value in clinical application.
