“重大新药创制”科技重大专项实施后国内医药期刊发文数据分析与解读

Analysis of the publications in Chinese medical and pharmaceutical journals after initiation of the National New Drug Innovation Program

本文通过CNKI检索了2009-2012年发表在国内期刊上标注"重大新药创制"基金资助的论文情况,并从发文期刊领域、基金标注论文对比、研究分布地区和机构、论文所属学科及高被引论文情况等多方面进行统计分析。数据显示中医药科技期刊发文量占比很大,中医药相关论文数量、高被引论文比例及研究队伍体量有明显优势;研究单位仍集中于京津沪宁传统优势地区;研究机构仍以大学和国有药物研究院所为主,医药企业涉足较少。分析表明专项的实施极大地促进了我国医药研究水平的提高和医药产业的发展,也对我国医药期刊的发展产生了不可忽略的影响。

The published researches funded by the National New Drug Innovation Program in Chinese jour- nals between 2009 and 2012 were analyzed by searching the CNKI index. Statistical analysis was performed on the topics of journal field, funding source, location and institution of the researchers, studying field, and citation. Our results indicated that Chinese medicine journals published a large number of papers ; and the number of publications on Chinese medicine, the number of their citations and the number of researchers in this area are all higher than other research fields. The researches are mainly concentrated in the traditional strength regions, namely Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Nanjing; and the institutions mainly include universities and national medicinal institutes. There are only limited contributions by the pharmaceutical companies.
