影响血常规检测结果的因素调查分析

目的分析探讨影响血常规检测结果的各种因素。方法选择2010年1～2月来广东省佛山市顺德区伦教医院门诊进行健康查体的志愿者180例,80例采用全自动血细胞计数仪观察静脉血常规的检查结果,将室温下5min、2h、4h、6h、8h、12h常规测定差异。100例采用全自动血细胞计数仪观察静脉血常规和末梢血常规值的差异。结果 2h内静脉血常规、中间细胞百分比、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板,计数各项参数与即刻测量结果比较,差异无统计学意义。放置6h后血小板计数与即刻比较下降明显,而中间细胞百分比比例升高,白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白结果差异无统计学意义。结论用全自动血细胞计数仪做血常规检测时,血常规检测结果会受到采血位置和血液样本送检时间很多因素的影响,血液样本一旦采取应当及早送检,以免造成过失误差。

Objective To explore various factors of effects of routine blood test results. Methods From January 2010 to February 2010, among 180 cases in my courtyard outpatient service of healthy volunteers, 80 cases by automatic blood cell counter intravenous blood routine examination results, the room temperature of 5 min, 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 12 h routine determination of difference. In 100 cases by automatic blood cell counting instrument observation of venous blood and peripheral blood value differences. Results Within 2 hours of venous blood, percentage of intermediate cells, red blood cell, hemoglobin, platelet count andparameters can be measured by comparing results of no significant difference. For 6 hours after the platelet count and immediate comparison decreased significantly while the intermediate cell percentage ratio increased, white blood cell, red blood cell, hemoglobin parameters the results comparison showed no significant difference. Conclusion Using automated blood cell counting instrument for blood tests, routine blood test results can be affected by the sampling position and blood sample submission time many factors, blood samples taken for once shall as soon as possible, so as to avoid the error.
