摘要
目的探讨内窥镜辅助下经柯-陆式径路上颌窦骨折治疗。方法应用内窥镜辅助下经柯-陆式径路对19例上颌窦骨折患者进行复位治疗。结果 19例患者上颌窦骨折复位效果理想,无并发症。结论内窥镜辅助下经柯-陆式径路治疗上颌窦骨折有操作简便,复位准确,经济及可行性强的优点。
Objective To evaluate the treatment of endoscopic assisted Caldwell-Luc procedure for the treatment of the maxillary sinus fracture. Methods We describe a procedure of endoscopic assisted Caldwell-Luc procedure for the treatment of the maxillary sinus fracture. Results Satisfactory results were achieved without obviously complication in 19 case. Conclusion Endoscopic assisted Caldwell-Luc procedure for the treatment of the maxillary sinus fracture have a easy to operate, effective, less damage, economical and viability of the advantages.
