健康教育在高血压病患者整体护理中的应用

目的探讨健康教育在高血压病患者整体护理中的临床应用。方法选取2011年1月～2012年3月收治的高血压病患者共100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规的治疗,实验组在此基础上进行健康教育结合整体护理干预,而对照组则采用常规的护理干预。结果护理前后实验组患者的SCL-90评分比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理后的SCL-90评分明显低于护理前。护理后两组患者的SCL-90评分比较,差异亦存在统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后实验组的SCL-90评分明显低于对照组。结论高血压病患者在进行整体护理同时接受健康教育,可明显改善其临床症状及生活质量,故值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective Learn the application of health education on hypertension patients in holistic nursing care. Methods 100 patients of hypertension from Jan 2011 to Mar 2012 divided into 2 groups. All the patients accepted common therapy. The experiment group used health education and holistic nursing care while the control group used common nursing. Results The diverse of SCL-90 score of experiment group before and after health education and holistic nursing care had significance （P〈0.05）. The SCL-90 score of experiment group after health education was lower than before. The diverse of SCL-90 score of two groups had significance （P〈0.05）. The SCL-90 score of experiment group after health education and holistic nursing care was lower than control. Conclusion Use health education with holistic nursing care, hypertension patients can obviously improve their clinic symptom and quality of life, which was worth using widely in clinic.
