摘要
研究了正交试验和水热反应釜在酸洗提纯冶金级硅(工业硅)中的应用,结果表明,根据杂质在工业硅中的分布规律设计、实施工业硅中金属杂质的去除试验,方法可行,钙、铝、钛、铁杂质的相对去除率分别达到71.85%,80.68%,91.52%和95.21%。
The application of acid pickling and hydrothermal reaction vessel in the purification of metallurgical silicon were studied. Results show that the purification experiment based on the regularities of distribution of impurities of metallurgical is feasible, and the removal efficiency of Ca, A1, Ti and Fe from silicon reaches 71.85%. 80.68%. 91.52% and 95.21%, respectively.
