某舰首次通道改装中技术问题剖析

摘要 某型号军舰某次加改装设备除完成原有的艏门艏跳板操作外,新增了上部液压插销、上部液压钩、下部液压钩和下部液压插销的操作功能。在原艏门液压系统的基础上,增加液压钩和液压插销的液压控制系统1套,更换操作台1套,改造原有液压回路,提供满足液压钩和液压插销动作的液压系统,使艏门能按顺序开关。为了限制艏门与船体之间及两扇门相互之间的运动,新增了支承装置以提高艏门门板承受风浪外载荷的能力。军舰通道改装工程完成后,艏门关闭后的紧固装置由手动改为液压系统控制,操作快捷、安全、可靠。同时确保军舰在大风浪中航行的安全。 In addition to the operation of finishing the original bow door and bow springboard, a model warships ret- rofit equipment is equipped with new upper hydraulic bolt, the upper part of the hydraulic hook, the lower part of the hydraulic hook and lower hydraulic latch operation. Based on the hydraulic system of the original bow door, a hydraulic control system is added with hydraulic hooks and hydraulic bolts and a set of operation is replaced. The o- riginal loop is modified to supply a hydraulic system for hydraulic hoods and hydraulic bolts so that the bow door can be switched on and off smoothly. A new supportive device for strengthening the bow door springboards capability of bearing strong wind and wave is added in order to prevent motion between the bow door and the body of the ship and between their doors. With modification of the warship passage finished, the fastening device when the bow door is closed is fast, safe and reliable because it is controlled by the hydraulic system instead of mannual operation, which ensures the safety of navigation of large waves of particular model warships.
