针对普通话计算机辅助测试过程中考生权利受到个别测试提供机构侵害的问题,参照消费者知情权,结合考试的实际情况,明确考生的知情范围,分析考生知情权受侵害的原因,提出保护考生知情权的相关措施。

with gradual popularity of tests on the internet, Computer-assisted Standard Chinese Pronunciation Test, as a main form of test on the internet, has been widely popularized. In accordance with the phenomena that some candidates＇ right is hurt by individual test service organization, Computer-assisted Standard Chinese Pronunciation Test specifically stipulates the scope of candidates＇ right to information about the test with reference to consumers＇ right to information about consumption and the actual test conditions. This thesis mainly analyzes the reasons for candidates＇ right being hurt and puts forwards relevant measures to protect candidates＇ right to know information about the test.
