摘要
本文报道一例误诊为横纹肌肉瘤的ALK阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤病例。该患者以腋部无痛性肿块起病,病检镜下见分化原始的小或中等大小细胞,免疫组化Vimentin抗体阳性,误诊为横纹肌肉瘤。提示依据患者临床及病理特点,恰当选用LCA、CD30、ALK、EMA等抗体行免疫组化检测有助于与横纹肌肉瘤等其他类型的小圆细胞肿瘤进行鉴别。
This article reports a case of patient with ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma（ALCL） misdiagnosed as rhabdomyosarcoma.This case shows painless mass in the axilla at the onset of the disease,small or medium-sized cells with original differentiation under microscope detection and Vimentin positive by immunohistochemistry detection,then is misdiagonosed as rhabdomyosarcoma.It prompts that it is useful for differential diagnosis between ALK-positive ALCL and other small round cell tumors like rhabdomyosarcoma to properly select the LCA,CD30,ALK,EMA antibodies for immunohistochemical detection,according to clinical and pathological features.
