伊达拉奉对弥漫性轴索损伤神经保护作用及其对血清及脑脊液中髓鞘碱性蛋白含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究伊达拉奉对弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)神经保护作用及其对血清及脑脊液中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)含量的影响。方法选择符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为依达拉奉治疗组和对照组,每组30例,用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组患者治疗前及治疗后第1、3、7、14天血清及脑脊液中MBP水平。结果两组治疗后血清MBP水平均有不同程度下降,治疗组术后第3、7天血清MBP水平显著低于对照组(t=2.536,P<0.05;t=2.472,P<0.05)。两组治疗后脑脊液中MBP水平均有不同程度下降,治疗组术后第3、7、14天MBP水平均显著低于对照组(t=2.285,P<0.05;t=2.472,P<0.05;t=2.731,P<0.01)。且治疗结束后3个月随访,治疗组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可明显降低DAI患者血清及脑脊液中MBP水平,具有明确的神经保护作用,能促进脑功能恢复,改善远期生活质量,且安全性高,在DAI治疗中显示出良好的疗效。 Objective To study the influence of neuroprotective effect and the content of myelin basic protein (MBP) in serum and cerebrospinal of Edaravone in the treatment of diffuse axonal injury (DAI). Methods 60 patients accord with diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into Edaravone treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group, the content of MBP in serum and cerebrospinal of patients were measured by enzyme immunoas- say at 1, 3, 7, 14 days. Results After treatment, the serum MBP levels of two groups had decreased to varying degrees, after 3, 7 days, the serum MBP levels of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (t = 2.536, P 〈 0.05; t = 2.472, P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the cerebrospinal MBP levels of two groups had decreased to varying de- grees, after 3, 7, 14 days, the cerebrospinal MBP of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (t = 2.285, P 〈 0.05; t = 2.472, P 〈 0.05; t = 2.731, P 〈 0.01); followed-up 3 months after the end of treatment, the obvi- ous effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Edaravone can significantly reduce the DAI patients' serum and cerebrospinal MBP level, and has clear nemoprotec- rive effects, can promote recovery of brain function and improve long-term quality of life; it has high safety and good efficacy in the treatment of DAI.
