The management of outpatient medical service is an important embodiment of hospital management level. Improving the outpatient service management level, can really ease the difficulty of seeing a doctor. Through analyzing the current situation of our hospital outpatient service, the existing problems and causes can be identified and scientific and reasonable solutions can explored as well. China＇s current large general hospital outpatient management is not consistent with the requirements of the local community and hinders the further development of out-patient. Through a rational, scientific management system, outpatient procedures can be effectively improved, so as to promote the effi- cient operation of outpatient medical services.
