螺旋藻对幼兔生长、免疫功能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Spirulina platensis on growth performance,immune function and blood biochemical index of New Zealand rabbit

摘要 试验旨在观察螺旋藻对生长期(断奶至3月龄)肉兔的生产性能、免疫功能、抗氧化作用及血液生化指标的影响。选用平均初始体重为(980±80)g的35日龄断奶新西兰兔80只,随机分为4个处理组:对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂添加0.75%、1.5%、3%螺旋藻的基础日粮。试验结束后,每组选取接近平均体重的4只兔(公、母各半),分别测定试验兔的生产性能、免疫功能、抗氧化作用及相关血液生化指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,各试验组平均日增重增加,料重比降低,胸腺指数及血清IgG与总蛋白含量、血清SOD与GSH-Px活性升高,血清MDA与胆固醇含量下降。而对脾脏指数、血清IgA、IgM、白蛋白、甘油三酯含量无明显影响。试验结果表明,日粮中添加0.75%、1.5%、3%的螺旋藻,可促进肉兔生长、降低料重比,提高肉兔机体免疫力及抗氧化能力,降低肉兔血清胆固醇含量。其中以1.5%、3%的添加水平效果较好。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Spirulina platensis on growth perfurmance,immune function, anti-oxidation and blood biochemical index of rabbits. Eighty of 35-day-old delactating New Zealand rabbits with similar body weight(980±80) g were randomly divided into 4 was with 4 rep basal diet, whi groups : the control group, the experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and m Each group icates and each replicate contained 5 rabbits. The control group was fed with the e the experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with basal diet added 0.75%, 1.5%,3% Spirulina platensis, respectively. After the experiments were completed, 4 rabbits with close to the average weight were randomly chosen from each group, and the growth performance, immune function, anti-oxidation and blood hiochemical index of the rabbits were determined. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily weight gain was in- creased, feed/gain ratio was decreased, thymus index, serum IgG, serum total protein, the activi- ties of serum SOD and GSH-Px were increased, and the content of serum MDA, serum cholester- ol were decreased. On the other hand, the results also showed that adding Spirulina platensis to the basal diet had no significant effect on spleen index, serum IgA, IgM, albumin, and triglycer- ide. The experiment suggests that the basal diet added 0.75%, 1.5%,3% Spirulina platensis may enhance growth production, decrease feed/gain ratio, increase immunity and anti-oxidation abili-ty, as well as decrease serum cholesterol of the rabbits. The 1.5% and 3% adding level of Spirulina platensis have the best effects.
