好食脉孢霉液态发酵产木聚糖酶的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验以豆渣和麸皮为主要原料,研究了好食脉孢霉菌株产木聚糖酶的液态发酵条件。以木聚糖酶的催化活力为指标,确定液态发酵培养基由麸皮、豆渣和蛋白胨组成,初始pH值5.0、培养温度28℃、摇床转速150 r/min,培养72 h后木聚糖酶活力可达到476 U/ml。 Okare and bran as the main ras meterial ,the liqued fermantation conditions of xylanase production by Neruospora sitophila was studied in this paper.Using xylanase catalytic activity as an indicatore, the compositions of the liquid fermentation medium which were barn,okara and peptone were determined .When the initial pH was 5.0,incubation temperature was 28℃ ,the ahaking speed was 150r/min and bulture time was 72h ,xylanase activity was 476U/ml.
