昆山市公共场所管理人员卫生知信行调查

Investigation on KAP of managers in public places of Kunshan City

目的了解3～5星级酒店公共场所高级管理人员对公共场所卫生管理的相关态度、观点和相关行为,从而有的放矢地提出措施,更好地提高和改善公共场所的室内空气质量。方法整群随机抽样的方法,通过自填式问卷调查其高层管理人员有关改善室内空气质量方法的知识、态度和行为。结果此次调查管理人员共57名,管理人员除对加强自然通风比较了解外,其他改善室内空气质量的方法了解程度较低,仅有56.14%管理人员达到卫生知晓率高分;31～40岁的管理人员对卫生知识知晓程度要比20～30岁和41岁以上的管理人员高,但不同性别、不同文化程度、不同专业、不同工作类别等的管理人员对卫生知识知晓程度差异无统计学意义;82.46%的管理人员认为加强培训管理和考核是提高卫生管理质量最有效的方法。结论昆山市酒店高级管理人员的卫生知识知晓率普遍较低,卫生部门应有针对性的对这些管理人员进行整顿,加大培训和监管力度,提高管理人员的认识,改善行业卫生环境。

Objective To understand the attitudes, opinions, and related behaviors of senior managers of public places of 3-5 star hotels, so as to improve the environment of public places. Methods A total of 57 managers of 15 public places of 3-5 star hotels were sampled and investigated with a stir-administered questionnaire for their knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of improving the air quality of public places. Results The managers understood better the enhancement of natural ventilation, but poorly knew other approaches of improving indoor air quality. Only 56.14% of the managers had high health awareness scores. The health awarenexs scores were higher in the managers aged 31 to 40 years than in ones aged 20-30 years or ones aged over 41 years, but there were no significant differences between sexes, among different education levels, different professions, and different types of work. Totally 82.46% of the managers believed that it was an effective approach to enhance the training and assessment for improving the health quality of environment of public places. Conclusions The health knowledge of senior management of hotels in Kunshan City is generally low; therefore, the health authorities should enhance the training and supervision for these managers to improve their understanding of health management in order to improve the environment of industrial hygiene.
