摘要
目的了解兰山区婴幼儿营养状况,观察营养健康教育手段对儿童生长发育的促进效果。方法选取兰山区2处接种门诊的儿童,分别分为对照组和营养健康教育指导组(简称健教组),对健教组实施营养健康教育干预。结果健教组的养护人对育儿知识掌握程度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组的婴幼儿正常生长发育比例为86.0%,健教组的婴幼儿正常生长发育比例为92.9%,明显高于对照组。结论通过营养健康教育干预措施,使养护人掌握科学育儿的方法及技巧,降低婴幼儿佝偻病和营养性贫血的患病率,促进婴幼儿正常生长发育。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of infants and young children in Lanshan District, and evaluate the effect of health education about the nutrition of infants and young children on the growth of children. Methods The children enrolled in two vaccination clinics in Lanshan District were divided into a control group and a nutrition health education steering group (health education group). The parents in the health education group received the nutrition health education, and the ones in the control group did not. Results The parents of the health education group mastered the parental knowledge significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The ratio of normal growth and development of infants and young children of the control group was 86.0 %, while the ratio of those of the health education group was 92.9 %. Conclusions The nutrition health education interventions can help parents to master scientific child-rearing methods and techniques, reduce the incidences of rickets and nutritional anemia, and promote normal growth and development of infants and young children.
