The structure of an automatic pipe-bending device and the working process were presented. The worm reduction gear combined with three-phase asynchronous motor was applied to supply power, the gear set to further reduce speed and increase output torque, and the limit switch to control the pipe-bending process and bending angle. The product yield and productivity increases by 15% and over 50%, respectively.
