摘要
分析了手机电池后壳塑件的成型工艺,阐述了模具结构、设计要点与工作过程,重点分析了浇注系统及斜推杆推出机构的设计,经生产验证,模具结构设计合理,动作平稳,模具使用寿命长,成型的塑件质量好。
The moulding process of the battery back cover of a mobile phone was analyzed and the mould structure, key points in design and the working process were presented in detail. Then the design of runner system and ejecting mechanism by angle ejector pin was studied emphatically.
