摘要
根据三板式内抽芯注射模结构的特点,通过实例分析了型芯内抽芯结构存在的问题。对型芯结构进行改进,提高三板式内抽芯注射模工作的稳定性。实践表明,改进后的模具结构合理、实用,为塑件的连续生产提供了保障。
The structure characteristics of a 3-plate injection mould with inward core-pulling mechanism were analyzed and the problem existing in the structure was studied by examples. The core structure was improved to increase the operating stability of the mould.
