WESTERN PLANNING ASSESSMENT:EVOLUTION OF THEORY AND METHODS FOR REFERENCE

借鉴国外研究规划评估的理论成果,系统分析了规划评估的内涵、依据、标准、工具以及现代评估理论未来的发展方向。其主要目的在于,借鉴他们较为成熟的理念、方法和实践经验,用于指导国内的规划评估工作,深化规划制定与评估之间的衔接,提高我国规划工作的科学化水平。

With the reference of overseas theoretical achievements on planning assessment, this paper analyzes the connotation, basis, standards, tools, and the development tendency of modern theory of planning assessment. The main purpose is to guide the domestic planning assessment work by learning from more mature concepts, methods, and practical experience abroad, to strengthen the connection between the planning compilation and assessment, so as to promote the scientific level of planning work in China.
