教育部工程研究中心建设刍议

Thoughts on the Construction of Engineering Research Center Sponsored by Ministry of Education

教育部工程研究中心作为依托高校建设的重点科研基地,是开展技术创新的重要平台。由于对教育部工程研究中心的重要作用认识不够充分,高校对其建设工作重视不够,加之现行管理体制的制约和评价机制的缺乏,其权益分配受高校的制约。因此,高校必须从思想上提高认识,重视工程研究中心建设;同时,应理顺管理体制,正确处理知识产权问题,建立科学评价机制,促进教育部工程研究中心可持续发展,不断提高高校服务社会的能力。

As the key scientific research base in universities, Engineering Research Center Sponsoredby Ministry of Education is an important center for technological innovation. However, the importance of the Engineering Research Center is neglected, its construction is not paid enough attention to, its development is limited by management and assessment systems of scientific research and the assignment of rights and benefits are restricted by the administrations of the colleges and universities. The universities should raise the awareness of its importance, input more resources, reform management system, deal with intellectual property rights and advance scientific assessment system so as to attain sustainable developments and persistently improve the capability to seine the society.
