运用文献资料和系统分析等方法,阐述了沿海社会经济迅速发展为背景下的后奥运时代中全民参与健身热潮及在快速发展中的体育产业为沿海和海岛居民参与发展海洋体育提供的基础条件;论述了发展海洋体育的指导思想和系统结构体系;建构了发展海洋体育的目标模式和发展模式,旨在为我国海洋体育的健康、科学、持续发展提供新思路和参考价值,以期望海洋体育运动将直接推动海洋经济和社会的发展,成为新的经济增长点。
