摘要
培养和造就一支高水平的教练员队伍,是浙江省各级各类体校可持续发展的一项重大战略任务,研究运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法,以舒尔茨的现代人力资源理论为依托,从人力资源的数量和质量两个维度,分析了当前浙江省各级各类体校教练员人力资源结构特征,并提出了浙江省业余体校教练员人力资源结构中存在的问题。
Cuhivating and fostering a high level of coaches, is a major strategic task of the sustainable development of all kinds of sports schools at all levels in Zhejiang province. Using literature analysis, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic reasoning method and basing on Schuhz's theory of modern human resources, this study analyzes the current structural characteristics of human resources of all kinds of sports school coaches at all levels in Zhejiang prov ince from the quantity and quality of human resources in two dimensions. It also puts forward some problems in the human resource structure of amateur sports school coaches in Zhejiang province.
