基于计划行为和自我决定理论的大学生锻炼行为干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于计划行为和自我决定理论的假设,观察信息型和行为型干预方式对大学生锻炼价值观、锻炼态度、锻炼行为控制感、锻炼动机等4项心理因素产生的影响效应。研究采用自编的《大学生锻炼行为心理影响因素测试量表》,选取普通高校二年级有不良锻炼行为特征的学生100名组成研究样本,设置实验组与对照组,通过多因素设计,控制无关变量的方法设计干预实践。在为期9周的干预实践前后分别对4项心理因素进行了测量,获取相关数据,对其进行相关和独立样本T检验分析。结果显示:①具有不良锻炼行为特征的大学生在锻炼坚持行为意向和锻炼坚持行为之间基本一致,具有显著的正相关关系;②研究所采用的信息型和行为型干预手段有效提高了具有不良锻炼行为特征大学生的4项心理因素水平;③由于被试数量较少及研究内容所限,研究没有对4项心理因素对锻炼坚持行为和坚持意向进行回归分析。因此。 Based on program behavior and self determination theory hypothesis, observed the effect of information and behavioral intervention on college students' 4 psychological factors winch were physical training values, attitudes to- ward exercise, exercise behavior, exercise motivation. Using the self-designed exercising behaviors of college students psychological factors influencing test scale, selected second grade college students having poor exercise behavior char- acteristics of the study sample, setted the experimental group and control group, by multiple factor design, control of extraneous variables method to design intervention practice. In 9 weeks before and after the intervention practice on 4 psychological factors have been measured, access to relevant data, the correlation and independent sample T test anal- ysis. The results showed that: 1. With poor exercise behavior among college students in physical exercise adherence behavior intention and exercise adherence behavior are basically the same, there is a significant positive correlation- 2. Adopted by the research information and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the exercise behavior of col- lege students with poor features 4 psychological factors, level. 3. Because the subjects were fewer in number and con- tent of this research is not limited, on 4 psychological factors on exercise adherence behavior and adherence to inten- tion by regression analysis. Therefore, to improve the level of the 4 psychological factors will inevitably lead to exer- cise participation and adherence to improve is the next step is a problem worthy of discussion.
