摘要
企业组织是经济增长中最重要的微观机制。学术界对企业存在的微观假设、企业增长的动力来源等基本问题一直存有争论,这些探讨在各国寻找解决全球金融危机冲击答案时显得更具价值。从企业的微观基础、企业活动性质界定、企业的资源控制归属三个角度入手,梳理了正统经济学中的委托代理理论与管理学中的资源能力学派针对企业基本理解的分歧。研究结论为:重视企业的内生增长机制,探讨企业创造价值过程本身,对建立和发展有利于我国企业与经济稳定增长的企业管理制度至关重要。
Firm is the most important micro-level mechanism for economic growth. There are always de- bates among the theorists about questions like the micro-level hypothesis of firm's existence, and the motiva- tion for firm's growth. The debates become even more important in the globalization era when all the coun- tries are seeking the key to solve their financial crisis problems. This paper tries to make a comparison be- tween agency theory and resource-based view from the three perspectives, including the micro foundation of firm, the character of firm's behavior, and the control of firm's resources. The conclusion points out that the emphasis on the endogenous growth mechanism and the study of the value creation process are all essential for the building of China's firm management institution.
