摘要
对长三角地区的237家企业的调查表明:企业家生命周期与企业劳动关系存在显著的相关性;由适度的员工流动率、较高的报酬满意度、较低的劳管矛盾发生率、合理的工会参与率和对管理者满意度等指标构成的共生型劳动关系,对企业家生命周期具有重要的正向影响;企业家与员工建立起对称和互惠的共生型劳动关系,不仅有利于企业家生命周期的延长,催生出更多的优秀企业家,也能促进企业的持续健康发展。
The survey on 237 enterprises located at Yangtze river delta region shows a significant correla- tion between entrepreneurs' life cycle and labor relation ; A moderate rate of staff turnover, a high degree of pay satisfaction, a comparatively low rate of conflicts between workers and managers, a certain level of union participation rate and a high degree of satisfaction rate towards the managers jointly determine the symbiotic labor relation and will affect the entrepreneurs' life cycle positively; The symmetric and symbiotic labor rela- tion established between entrepreneurs and employees not only benefits the extension of the life cycle of en- trepreneurs, but also gives birth to more outstanding entrepreneurs and promotes a sustainable development of enterorises.
