吉林老工业基地振兴中软环境建设问题探析

Discussion on the Construction of Soft Environment in the Revitalization of Jilin Old Industrial Base

软环境建设在吉林老工业基地振兴中起着重要的作用。在吉林省政府的高度重视下,吉林省软环境建设取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着软环境建设理论知识相对匮乏、对培育政府服务精神重视不够和软环境建设相关制度规范缺失等问题。为解决上述问题,需要进一步加强软环境基础理论的研究工作,重视培育政府服务精神,加强与软环境相关的制度建设,并借鉴全国各地方政府软环境建设的经验。

The construction of soft environment in the revitalization of old industrial bases in Jilin plays an important role.Due to the high attention of Jilin provincial Government,Jilin province soft construction has achieved good results.There are also the problems such as the deficiency of soft construction theory knowledge,the ignorance of government service spirit cultivation and the missing of soft construction system specification.We should strengthen the research work,attach importance to nurturing service spirit,strengthen the system construction and draw on the experience of local governments across the country in order to resolve the above issues.
