急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征分析

An analysis of the ultrasonic image features of acute appendicitis

目的探讨急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征以提高其诊断正确率。方法回顾性总结分析196例急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征。结果急性阑尾炎超声图像特征可表现为直接征象、间接征象及无征象三种回声类型。结论超声图像表现典型的急性阑尾炎超声诊断正确率高,非典型超声图像容易造成漏误诊。

Objective To explore the ultrasonic image features of acute appendicitis, in order to increase the accuracy rate of diagnosing this disease. Methods The ultrasonic image features of 196 cases of acute appendicitis were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results The echo patterns of acute appendicitis ultrasonic image can be categorized into 3 groups： those with direct signs, indirect signs and no signs. Conclusion For those acute ap-pendicitis that have typical manifestation on ultrasonic images, a high accuracy rate of diagnosis can be achieved; however, when it comes to those that have untypical patterns, ultrasonic images may lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
