摘要
在借鉴丹麦卡伦堡生态工业园区模式以及美、德、日等国家发展循环经济的经验基础上,结合某园区循环化改造课题研究,分析了国内经济技术开发区在循环化改造过程中可能遇到的一些值得商榷的问题;简述了园区废物交换平台等关联公用服务设施建设统筹规划的优选方案的设计思路。
Learning from the experience of Kalundborg industrial park in Denmark and circular economy development in America, German and Japan, and combined with a research program of ecologicalization of industrial park, the paper analyzed the issues in ecologicalization of domestic economic and technical parks which deserve discussion. Besides, the preferable design ideas of overall construction planning of associated public service facilities, such as waste exchange platform were demonstrated.
