摘要
分析了材料为SATMA276TY410(相当于国产的1Cr13)的某前置泵泵轴在使用过程中发生断裂的原因,对泵轴进行了断口分析、金相分析及化学成分分析,结果表明:该前置泵泵轴断裂为疲劳断裂,断裂起源于自由端轴左面中间直段部位,导致其断裂的主要原因是金属镀层有裂纹和剥离,镀层裂纹是泵轴表面隐蔽裂纹源,由镀层裂纹伸长而形成疲劳断裂.
The reasons for the fracture of a booster pump shaft made of SATA276TY410 (equivalent to the domestic 1Cr13) are discussed. The results of fracture analysis,metallographic examination and chemical composition analysis of the fracture show that the booster pump shaft fracture is fatigue fracture. It begins from the left intermediate straight section of liberty terminal shaft and is mainly caused by metal coating cracks and stripping. The coating cracks are concealed crack sources on the shaft surface, the extension of which might lead to fatigue fracture.
