Extraction of total glycosides in Cornus officlnalis seb.et zucc. by high pressure treatment coupled with enzymatic hydrolysis methods

摘要 为提取山茱萸中的总皂甙,将山茱萸首先采用超高压进行处理,然后将高压处理后的山茱萸采用纤维素酶进行酶解提取,研究超高压耦合纤维素酶处理对山茱萸得率的影响。结果表明,适宜的提取条件为采用400MPa压力处理3min,然后加入纤维素酶达到浓度1mg/mL;温度55℃、pH4.5下酶解120min,山茱萸总皂甙的得率达到3.68%。该法是一种提取山茱萸总皂甙的新方法。 In order to extract of total glycosides of Cornus officlnalis seb.et zucc., the Cornus officlnalis seb. et zucc was first treated with high pressure, then extract of total glycosides with cellulase. The effect of high pressure treatment coupled with enzymatic hydrolysis on yield of total glycosides were studied. The results shown that the optimum conditions were concentration of cellulase 1 mg/mL, temperature 55 ℃, pH4.5, time 120 min. The yield of total glycosides was 3.68% under these conditions. This method was a new method for extraction of total glycosides in Cornus officlnalis seb. et zucc..
