摘要
针对传统机械钥匙控制起动机起动的不足,对某自动挡汽油机车型引入无钥匙进入起动系统(PEPS),以发动机转速、电子控制单元(ECU)系统电压以及来自PEPS的起动请求信号作为主要输入参数,运用模糊控制算法和引入RS-Flip-Flop触发器实现了起动机的发动机管理系统(EMS)和PEPS协同起动控制。使用ETAS公司的ECU功能开发软件创建了起动机控制功能模型。运用硬件在环实时测试系统LabCar对功能模型进行了仿真测试验证,仿真测试结果证明了该起动机控制功能模型的有效性和稳定性。
Presents a cooperation control strategy of EMS and PEPS for a starter applying fuzzy control theory and RS-FlipFlop trigger. It covers the shortage of traditional starter system controlled by mechanical key on a certain AT car of gasoline engine. The main input parameters for the starter control strategy are engine speed,the voltage of ECU and start request signal from PEPS con- troller. A starter control function model is designed using the software of ECU function development from ETAS. The function model is passed through simulation test using hardware in the loop test system LabCar. Simulation results indicate the high validity and stability of the starter control function model.
