摘要
分析研究了湿式双离合器自动变速器(wet DCT)的结构组成和工作原理。以一挡升二挡为例对wet DCT换挡过程进行描述。综合分析换挡品质评价指标,提出了改善换挡品质的控制方法,并以大众DQ250型变速器为目标变速器进行换挡过程试验,并对试验结果进行了对比分析。
Analyzed the working principle of wet Double Clutch Transmission (wet DCT) and described the shifting process. Gen- eral analyzed the index of shifting quality evaluating. Advanced the control method of improving shifting quality. Make experiments based on the Volkswagen DQ250 and compared the results of experiments.
