摘要
单采血浆是把人体的血液经过离心机分离出血浆成分,其余成分回输体内的过程。血浆离心机的转速直接关系到血浆制品的质量。目前,市场上的单采血浆设备主要采用单片机控制、直流电动机转速负反馈控制方法,抗扰动性能较差。因此,提出了基于数字信号处理的离心机直流电动机控制方案,采用直流无刷电动机,转速、电流双闭环控制。通过实验证明,该方案能够保证离心机电动机的转速稳定。
Plasma ingredient is the main source of raw material for blood products. The motor speed of plasma ingredient centri- fuge directly affects the quality of plasma. Currently on the market the plasma ingredient device mainly adopts single-chip micro- computer control, DC motor negative feedback of speed control method which lacks of the ability for motor speed disturbance re- jection. Introduced an application of brusbless DC motor, the design based on DSP and using speed current double closed loop control method. Proved by experiment the design can significantly improve the stability of centrifuge motor speed.
