摘要
通过化学方法制备大掺量粉煤灰超轻泡沫混凝土,分析了其结构形成机理,研究了粉煤灰掺量、激活剂、水灰比和发泡剂等因素对其性能的影响。结果表明,采用激活剂的情况下,粉煤灰掺量达到45%(质量百分数)可以制得干表观密度低于200 kg/m3,7 d抗压强度大于0.2 MPa的泡沫混凝土。
Chemical method was used to prepare ultra-light foamed concrete with high volume fly ash and the structure formation mechanism was analyzed. The influences of fly ash content,activator,water-cement ratio and foaming agent on properties of foam concrete were studied. The results show that when the use factor of fly ash is 45% (mass percent) and the activiator is used,the dry apparent density of the produced foam concrete is less than 200 kg/m3,7 d compressive strength is above 0.2 MPa.
