摘要
利用金相、XRD、TEM、HTEM方法研究了Fe-23Al合金固溶冷却过程中的匀相转变行为。结果表明,匀相转变在固溶冷却过程中迅速发生,即使提高固溶温度水冷也未能抑制。Fe-23Al合金固溶体发生调幅分解形成Al原子富集区,并在Al原子富集区原位形成B2和DO3有序相,其中DO3相的尺寸比B2相略小。
Homogenous transformation behaviors of Fe-23Al alloy during solid solution cooling process were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),metallographic microscope,transmission electron microscope(TEM) and high transmission electron microscope(HTEM) method.The results show that homogenous transformation quickly occurs during solid solution cooling process,which is not be inhibited by the increase of solid solution temperature.The Al atom enrichment areas are formed by spinodal decomposition in Fe-23Al alloys solid solution,and in-situ formation of B2 and DO3 ordered phases are obtained.Atom enrichment phase of DO3 structure is smaller than that of B2 structure.
